Public meetings are usually held on the third Saturday of every odd month. Meetings may be canceled if there is no business for the agenda. All agendas are posted in each of the 3 Irish Beach kiosks one week prior to the meeting and also on this web page.

Scheduled 2012/2013 meetings are for July 21 2012, September 15 2012, November 17 2012, January 19 2013, and March 20 2013. The meeting will begin at 10:00AM. Location will be announced.
