Public meetings are usually held on the third Saturday of every odd month. Meetings may be canceled if there is no business for the agenda. All agendas are posted in each of the 3 Irish Beach kiosks one week prior to the meeting and also on this web page.

Scheduled 2008 meeting are for January 19th, March 15th, May 17th, July 19th, September 20th, and November 15th. The meeting will begin at 10:00AM.
