CALL TO ORDER:

The meeting was called to order at 1:07 PM at the Irish Beach Firehouse, 15401 Forest View Drive. Jim Day introduced returning board member Nik Epanchin and noted the addition of new member Chuck Conner, who was not present.

IBADC Board members present: Acting Chair Jim Day, Directors Gordon Moores and Nik Epanchin. Chuck Conner was not present. Secretary/Treasurer: Pam Knutson.

IRISH BEACH WATER DISTRICT: Letter defining the type of community meetings that can be held at the firehouse, and contact information for reserving the firehouse for such meetings (5/11/04).

DIAL 3/31 (14751 Alta Mesa Road): Letter expressing concern about tree removal in Irish Beach (4/15/04).

HEMBEL 4/01 (15225 Forest View Road): Advise start of construction and certification that building forms are located per approved Phase II drawings (5/10/04).
