BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING MINUTES

Greenwood Community Center

I CALL TO ORDER

Director Drolet called the meeting to order at approximately 3:10pm.

Board Members present: Gene Cady, Leon Drolet, Paula Gann, Pam Harley and Richard Sequest. RJ Dial and Jerry Trujillo were absent.

II NEW BUSINESS

Election of Officers

Director Gann nominated Leon Drolet for the office President of the Board of Directors. Director Harley seconded the nomination.

Director Gann nominated Richard Sequest for the office of Vice President. Director Harley seconded the nomination.

Director Drolet nominated Pam Harley for the office of Secretary. Director Gann seconded the nomination.

Director Harley nominated Paula Gann for the office of Treasurer. Director Drolet seconded the nomination.

The slate of officers was unanimously approved with no abstentions.

III ADJOURNMENT

The meeting was adjourned at 3:20pm.

The next meeting is scheduled for July 24, 2010 beginning at 10:00am at the Rex Dunning Fire House in Irish Beach.
