I CALL TO ORDER

Director RJ Dial called the meeting to order at approximately 3:16pm.

Board Members present: Gene Cady, RJ Dial, Leon Drolet, Paula Gann, Pam Harley, Ginger Rodgers and Jerry Trujillo.

II NEW BUSINESS

Election of Officers

Director Dial nominated Leon Drolet for the office President of the Board of Directors. Director Trujillo seconded the nomination.

Director Harley nominated RJ Dial for the office of Vice President. Director Gann seconded the nomination.

Director Gann nominated Pam Harley for the office of Secretary. Director Rodgers seconded the nomination.

Director Rodgers nominated Paula Gann for the office of Treasurer. Director Dial seconded the nomination.

The slate of officers was unanimously approved with no abstentions.

III ADJOURNMENT

The meeting was adjourned at 3:19pm.

The next meeting is scheduled for July 25, 2009 beginning at 10:00am at the Rex Dunning Fire House in Irish Beach.
