BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

I CALL TO ORDER

Director Paula Gann called the meeting to order at approximately 2:15pm.

Board Members present: Gene Cady, Leon Drolet, Paula Gann, Pam Harley, Ginger Rodgers and Jerry Trujillo.

Board members absent: RJ Dial

II NEW BUSINESS

Election of Officers

Director Gann nominated Leon Drolet for the office President of the Board of Directors. Director Rodgers seconded the nomination.

Director Drolet nominated RJ Dial for the office of Vice President. Director Harley seconded the nomination.

Director Trujillo nominated Pam Harley for the office of Secretary. Director Drolet seconded the nomination.

Director Drolet nominated Paula Gann for the office of Treasurer. Director Trujillo seconded the nomination.

The slate of officers was unanimously approved with no abstentions.

Signers on the IBIC checking account:

Director Gann moved to make Ginger Rodgers the second signer on the IBIC bank accounts. Director Drolet seconded and the motion passed unanimously.

III ADJOURNMENT

Director Gann moved to adjourn the meeting at approximately 2:30pm

The next meeting is scheduled for July 26, 2008 beginning at 10:00am at the Rex Dunning Fire House in Irish Beach.
